Product Manager Job Description

Brain Technologies is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and management of our electronic payment systems.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both electronics and software, with a proven track record in product management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and market demands.
  • Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring timely and effective delivery of product features and enhancements.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering, to gather and prioritize product requirements.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with customer needs.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using data to drive decisions and optimize product features and strategy.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and ensure the product meets their needs and expectations.
  • Documentation and Training: Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in the consumer electronics or software sectors.
  • Strong understanding of electronic systems and software development processes.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of digital payment systems and related technologies is highly desirable.
