Aftersales Department Overview

The Aftersales department at BYD Europe is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet, providing technical support to customers and service providers, and continuously improving our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide assistance with post-sales operational issues, including technical diagnosis, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Collect and analyze feedback on technical documentation, and work with R&D and QA teams to improve products.
  • Team Management: Supervise diagnostic tools, special equipment, and spare parts, and collaborate with authorized workshops to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements
  • Education: Engineer degree or above.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in maintenance is a plus.
  • Skills: Self-motivated, responsible, and independent; good interpersonal and communication skills; proficient in MS Office.
