About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for driving business transformation and delivering measurable value to our clients.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in an analytical role, with a proven track record of demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and software deployment. You will work closely with our sales team to deliver end-to-end value journeys to our clients, identifying opportunities for process enhancement and implementing improvement measures.

You will also be responsible for building strategic expansion roadmaps for clients, embedding Celonis Process Intelligence as a strategic business transformation platform in their organization. Additionally, you will provide feedback to our product development teams to enhance the Celonis platform and apps based on new use cases.

Requirements
  • Live for Customer Value: 10+ years of experience in an analytical role, with a focus on demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and software deployment.
  • Data, Analytics, Applications & IT: Good knowledge of business software/SaaS applications, experience with implementing RPA and/or BI tools, and/or building dashboards, apps, and action flows. Knowledge of Python and/or SQL is also required.
  • Process Improvement & Value Realization: Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures, being a change agent, and training users/process owners to realize value.
  • Project Management: Experience in planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines, with the ability to manage multiple projects across aligned accounts at different stages of the value journey.
  • Executive Stakeholder Management: Experience in preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English are essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a comparable degree program.
