The successful candidate will manage a team, ensure KPIs, and report to the customer. Key responsibilities include:

* Launch of the business: input data collection, equipment need definition, and equipment new or modified technical specifications
* Suppliers Offers Consultations and purchase order: technical evaluation of supplier offers, participation in the validation of suppliers, study and supplier's design, and scheduling studies and supplier's design
* Commissioning: following schedule of start of equipment, organization of the training for manufacturing and maintenance, issue tracking, and follow and update the delivery of the documents needed for equipment

* Mandatory English minimum B1 and Italian minimum B1
* Technical scholastic background
* Leadership skills
* Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills
* Proven work experience in process engineering and/or in Equipment Engineering in Automotive
* Working knowledge of process engineering software packages
* Familiarity with health and safety regulations
