Key Responsibilities:

The Sales Coordinator will be part of the B&B (Book & Bill) Team, processing high volumes of product sales orders, reviewing backlogs daily and maintaining close contact with sales and customers to ensure timely delivery and manage all related aspects.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the entire order entry and order management process, from data input to invoicing and delivery. They will be proficient in Microsoft programs, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as Oracle systems.

The Sales Coordinator will:

  • Process high volumes of product orders
  • Process invoices for all sales transactions
  • Interact with customers regarding orders, product availability, delivery scheduling and other requests
  • Collaborate with local and foreign warehouses to manage the transfer of goods
  • Support the sales force with queries on product availability and delivery
  • Communicate with customers regarding the status of their orders
  • Communicate internal feedback from customers

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need:

  • Experience working in an industry environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular) and Oracle systems
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Demonstrated skills such as driver for results, communication, motivation and flexibility
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
