About the Role

Bureau Veritas Switzerland AG is seeking a highly skilled HSE Supervisor to join our team in the Offshore Operations department. As an HSE Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of all personnel, company assets, and the environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, policies, standards, and best practices
  • Conduct regular HSE walkthroughs, inspections, and audits to identify and mitigate risks
  • Develop and implement HSE training programs to promote a culture of safety
  • Collaborate with the Onshore Installation Company Representative to address HSEQ issues
  • Perform daily Permit to Work audits and ensure compliance with client procedures
  • Participate in investigations of incidents, near misses, and accidents
  • Support emergency management and emergency drills realization
Requirements
  • Technical Diploma or Engineering degree
  • Good knowledge of English and French
  • At least 5 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry or equivalent position
  • Knowledge of HSEQ systems, management development, and implementation
  • Ability to analyze results, plan, and control
  • Passion for setting an example and promoting a positive attitude
