Your Mission

In this role, you will be part of the Regions Team at Glovo Italy, working closely with the Head of Region and Account Management Team.

The Journey

  • Build and scout a prospect portfolio from scratch and negotiate with the best local restaurants in your city to deliver it to our customers.
  • Lead from the front in closing deals, on-boarding them and ensuring a smooth transition from acquisition to account management for your city's partners.
  • Meet monthly objectives as defined by the Head of Region.
  • Coordinate the Sales Plans defined together with the Head of Region and Account Management Team.

What You Will Bring to the Ride

  • At least 3 years of experience in high-performance sales dealing with complex deals and senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Strong communication abilities with capacity to influence and drive change.
  • Autonomy, proactivity and problem solving is a must
  • Strong organizational, planning and analytical skills in assessing partner's business data.
  • Sales hunger is a must You may never take a no for an answer.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, strategic thinker, with strong leadership and business fundamentals.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to changing priorities.
  • Business awareness and understanding of the food delivery industry trends is preferred.
  • Previous work experience in a startup / high-demanding environment is preferred.
