We are looking for a Product Trainer to join our team in the industrial automation sector, located in the Parma area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training solutions within their pre-defined area to both internal and external audiences using different delivery methods, including classrooms, on-the-job training, coaching, and remote digital training.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering product technical training sessions in line with internal and external customer requirements
- Monitoring and ensuring continuous improvement of training sessions' quality
- Supporting the design of technical training documentation according to customer and internal employees' training demands
- Supporting the creation and design of training modules to support the FSE Training Path
- Supporting the creation and design of competence audits content and related questionnaires
- Supporting the configuration and update of machinery included in the Training Lab (where applicable)
- Developing advanced knowledge in the product/technology area
- Mentoring junior trainers
- Making travel arrangements in cooperation with the reference Training Assistant
- Delivering digital training via remote sessions
