Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation and Growth Marketing Strategist to join our team at Colouree, a leading PropTech startup. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing lead generation strategies across all channels to drive growth and maximize customer acquisition.

Colouree is a PropTech startup that develops web solutions of Urban Data and Location Intelligence with a focus on the Real Estate and Smart City markets. We have been selected as one of the top 50 European PropTech startups in 2020 and are committed to leveraging AI, Geospatial, and Data Analysis to make location understanding and matching easy and evidence-based.

Your Role:

You will work closely with our founder to define, execute, analyze, scale, and optimize demand generation and pipeline acceleration strategy across all channels - online, offline, owned, and events. This will involve establishing and managing lead funnels and lead lifecycles to enable reliable campaign tracking, reporting, and lead hand-off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute lead generation strategies across all channels
  • Manage lead funnels and lead lifecycles to ensure reliable campaign tracking and reporting
  • Work with the founder to drive initiatives that maximize customer acquisition
  • Own key objectives across lead generation, pipeline creation, funnel efficiency, and ROI metrics
  • Leverage multiple channels and program tactics, including database and nurture email, paid acquisition, real-time web personalization, retargeting, and more

Requirements:

  • Experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or growth
  • Experience in B2B digital markets and SaaS companies
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Ability to build simple landing pages using platforms such as WordPress
  • A growth mindset with a results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating)

Salary Range:

The estimated salary for this role is €30,000 - €40,000 per year, depending on experience.
