Job Description

This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to lead our Sales team and drive revenue growth through strategic sales channels. As the Sales Manager Acquisitions, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with key customers, and mentoring your team to achieve exceptional results.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth, improve market share, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coach a high-performing Sales team to achieve sales targets, develop their skills, and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive business success.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address them.

As a successful Sales Manager Acquisitions, you will have a deep understanding of the sales process, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record in sales leadership, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Sales Expertise: Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and technologies, with expertise in sales strategy development and execution.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM systems, and other sales-related software applications.
