We are looking for a motivated, curious, and enterprising senior talent to join our Group. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the design, planning, and construction phases of new foreign business units, focusing on the Plant and Infrastructure area. Your tasks will include reviewing designs, providing technical specifications, and conducting detailed technical-economic analyses to ensure adherence to ESSILOR LUXOTTICA standards and local legislation.

Key responsibilities include drafting site progress reports, coordinating construction sites, managing project budgets, and monitoring progress. You will also be responsible for technical alignment with competing companies, supporting the Tender Manager and Procurement office in defining contractors. Additionally, you will need to manage possible variations and modifications to achieve the required outputs.

Portrait of a Perfect Candidate

We are looking for individuals who embody our company's characteristics: imaginative, passionate, entrepreneurial, simple, and fast. Key qualifications include a degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, 3-5 years of experience in construction project management, strong organizational skills, and fluency in English and Italian.
