Job Summary

Bio-Techne, a leading supplier of life science products, is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Assistant to join its team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Accounts Receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create new customer accounts in Dynamics 365
  • Assist with online orders and maintain customer records on the company's website
  • Complete new vendor form requests
  • Process credit card payments and post cash receipts
  • Clear open cash and chase copies of remittances
  • Prepare bank journals and issue proforma invoices
  • Open and complete cases in Salesforce
  • Upload invoices onto customer e-commerce platforms and maintain rejected invoices
  • Assist with credit control for assigned countries/regions, including chasing aged invoices and reporting monthly feedback
  • Communicate with customers via email, phone, and Teams to resolve inquiries and provide solutions
  • Assist with the implementation of new processes and relevant internal and external audits
Requirements
  • Fluent written and spoken English is essential, with a second language desirable
  • GSCE or equivalent education passes in English and Maths
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role
  • Excellent IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Excel to intermediate level
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is beneficial
  • Personal qualities: excellent attention to detail, time management, organisational skills, administration, verbal and written skills in English, problem-solving ability, excellent people skills, and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
