Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Key responsibilities include managing project budgets, timelines, and resources, as well as identifying and mitigating potential risks.

  • Technical project management for industrial projects
  • Effective communication with customers and project stakeholders
  • Clear project requirements and objectives
  • Ensuring design, purchasing, and production activities meet customer expectations
  • Project planning, coordination, and control
  • Progress monitoring against agreed deadlines
  • Cost control and budget management
Requirements

Candidates should possess a strong background in engineering, with a degree in mechanical, industrial, or electronic engineering preferred. A minimum of 1 year of experience in the industrial sector or a technical institute diploma with 5 years of experience is required.

  • Passion for industrial machinery, particularly in leak testing and tightness control
  • Sound knowledge of engineering principles, including mechanics, electrical engineering, electronics, pneumatics, vacuum technology, process engineering, instrumentation, industrial automation, and PLC programming
  • Project management techniques and Microsoft Office skills
  • ERP/MRP software knowledge and basic functions
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong proactivity, problem-solving skills, and goal-oriented approach
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team, build trust, and lead to achieve business objectives
  • Emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
Additional Requirements

Candidates should be available to work in Calvignasco (MI) or Cornate d'Adda (MB) and occasionally visit customer plants in Italy and abroad.

Desirable Requirements

Candidates with a Master's degree in Engineering, experience in Project Management, and Project Management courses/certificates (PMP, Prince, Agile) are highly desirable.
