Chief Financial Officer

Actia Italia S.R.L seeks an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead its financial strategy and planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong general knowledge of accounting and financial issues, as well as in-depth knowledge of tax regulations. They will supervise the daily activities of the administration and finance area, manage fiscal activities, and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, improving, and updating accounting and finance processes, managing financial statements, and being the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. They will also check economic-financial indicators, propose corrective plans, and ensure the best financial contribution to the company's activities.

• Supervise the daily activities of the administration and finance area
• Manage fiscal activities and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
• Design, improve, and update accounting and finance processes
• Manage financial statements and ensure their accuracy and timeliness
• Be the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Check economic-financial indicators and propose corrective plans as needed

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting principles
• Consolidated knowledge of tax regulations and tax obligations, VAT, Customs, and experience in dealing with tax and customs administration
