Regional Marketing Strategist

At CommScope, we're on a quest to deliver connectivity that empowers how we live, work, and learn. As a Regional Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in our Outdoor Wireless Network (OWN) marketing team, reporting directly to the Global Marketing Director.

This role requires a team player who can inspire others to unite behind a clear direction and vision. You'll be responsible for the orchestration of regional campaigns and programs designed to build reputation and generate demand for CommScope based on a clear understanding of local business objectives, market segment dynamics, buyer needs, and seller requirements.

You'll be an imaginative thinker who can translate business strategy and objectives into creative marketing plans, campaigns, and programs that deliver measurable results. Your expertise will be essential in defining, implementing, and executing region-specific marketing plans, including regional campaigns, customer-facing initiatives, events, and more.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting overall marketing team goals and programs, applying omni-channel marketing best practices.
• Defining, implementing, and executing region-specific marketing plans, including regional campaigns, customer-facing initiatives, events, and more.
• Providing executive summaries, analysis, and reports of regional marketing activity.
• Supporting the marketing director in defining the regional budget and monitoring spend regularly throughout the year.
• Ensuring regional database management and primary marketing interface with Sales and Channel partners, ensuring regular updates and sales enablement support.

Requirements for consideration include:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
• 3+ years minimum in marketing with experience managing omni-channel marketing campaigns, preferably within a business-to-business (B2B) technology environment.
• Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and lead projects.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel as required.
