About the role

We are seeking a Quality Systems Technician to join the Quality team at Kerry's Taste & Nutrition Manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will support quality system compliance activities, document control tasks, and audit preparation.

This is a full-time position with a one-year contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and/or coordinate the timely updating of the Total Hub Data Base and Raw Material Risk Assessment (RMRA)
  • Collaborate with the Quality System Lead (QSL) in managing and/or coordinating the quality system, Global Quality Management System (GQMS) / Intelex Platform, and Intranet document system
  • Partner with QSL in ensuring compliance with global standards and Food Safety requirements, including the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) certification standard (F22K)
  • Work with the manager on the preparation for audits from customers and/or third parties, Food Safety / Hygiene Inspections, and SAP & INTELEX Superuser function activities

Requirements:

  • Previous knowledge of Quality Systems in a manufacturing environment
  • Fluent in Italian with a good level of English
  • Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.) with preferable SAP knowledge
  • Good documentation skills with strict attention to detail
  • A positive attitude, a desire to learn, and be challenged
