At the Green Recruitment Company, we are seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Project Developer to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing renewable energy projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Site Identification and Acquisition: Identify suitable greenfield sites for renewable energy projects through market analysis, GIS mapping, and collaboration with landowners and stakeholders.
- Permitting and Regulatory Compliance: Manage the permitting process for renewable energy projects, including environmental impact assessments, land use permits, and regulatory approvals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including landowners, local communities, government agencies, and NGOs.
- Financial Analysis and Feasibility Studies: Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies to assess the viability of renewable energy projects.
- Project Planning and Design: Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to develop project plans and designs.
- Contract Negotiation and Procurement: Lead contract negotiation and procurement activities for project development.
- Project Management: Oversee project development activities to ensure timely execution and delivery of milestones.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in renewable energy project development, with a focus on greenfield development.
- Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, project development processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and permitting renewable energy projects in Italy.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Italian and English languages.
