RF Electronic Designer Job Description

MTA S.p.A is seeking a skilled RF Electronic Designer to join our R&D department in Isola Vicentina, Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing electronic solutions for Radio Frequency communication systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electronic solutions for RF communication systems, including filter design, impedance matching network design, and small-signal amplifier design.
  • Use CAD tools such as Keysight Genesys and Altium Designer for simulation and electronic design.
  • Characterize, debug, and tune designed PCBA using Network and Spectrum Analyzers, RF Signal Generators, and Noise Figure Meters.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for PCBA production and collaborate with test engineering colleagues for End of Line Testing.
  • Participate in Project Reviews following automotive quality standards.
Organizational Interfaces:
  • Join the Electronic Design Team within the R&D department, reporting to the Electronic Design Manager.
  • Daily interface with colleagues from other R&D teams and company stakeholders.
Main Requirements:
  • Degree in Electronic Engineering.
  • Interest in RF electronics and antennas.
  • Knowledge of analog electronics.
  • Basic knowledge of main Lab instrumentation.
  • Knowledge of Electronic CAD or RF simulation.
  • IATF Automotive standard knowledge (preferred).

  • Strong attitude for teamwork.
  • Attitude to precision.
  • Good English and Italian knowledge, both written and spoken.
