At Zimmermann, we are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandising Manager to lead our visual merchandising strategy in the Mediterranean region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and be able to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and brand image consistency across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To collaborate with the VM Manager EU-UK on the creation and execution of VM directives, specifically for European Network, including Italy, Spain & Greece.
  • Support with the creation of VM training content and new initiatives for the EU-UK region.
  • To understand local needs and adjust directives accordingly, in consultation with VM Manager EU-UK.
  • To have a strong instore presence, to be a well-respected support to the Retail teams in maintaining visual merchandising.
  • An elevated level of visual merchandising is executed consistently to meet Brand expectations.
  • To inspire and assist all retail teams to achieve sales in line with set targets through effective visual merchandising strategies.
  • Coordinate the management of store presentation including but not limited to; cleanliness, lighting, scent, sound, music, flowers to support Retail teams in creating a luxurious client shopping experience.
  • To train, manage and develop retail team's knowledge of Brand image & Expectations In collaboration with Global Visual Merchandising Team.
  • To regularly communicate with VM Manager EU-UK, Retail and Store managers to provide feedback and together identify opportunities for further development of visual merchandising skills.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills, detail oriented and the ability to multitask.
  • Creative eye for detail.
  • Results driven, optimistic and team orientated approach.
  • Has a strong work ethic; can work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong comprehension of the industry, specifically the Mediterranean market.
  • Solutions focused.
  • Demonstrates a high sense of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Proven management experience, confident to join the Retail Leadership team.
  • Sound understanding of Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
