- Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough root cause analyses to identify and resolve complex technical problems, leveraging advanced analytical techniques and tools.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
- Investigations and Recommendations: Conduct thorough investigations and provide expert recommendations to prevent errors and deviations, ensuring the highest quality standards.
- Manufacturing Process Optimization: Determine the underlying causes of manufacturing issues and develop innovative solutions to optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring world-class quality standards.
- Data Analysis: Regularly analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization, informing data-driven decision-making.
- Process Implementation: Work closely with relevant individuals to effectively implement process improvements and achieve seamless execution, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruptions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a science field (CTF preferred) or equivalent experience in the pharma industry.
- Experience: Proven experience in advanced root cause analysis, problem-solving methodologies, and quality management.
- Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality management systems, exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and fluency in English, written and oral.
