About the Role

British American Tobacco is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Intern to join our South Eastern Europe Digital Team in Rome. As an E-Commerce Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the management of our e-commerce platform in Italy, driving sales growth, and improving the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management of the e-commerce platform in Italy to increase sales
  • Work closely with the agency to improve business behavior, page performance, and customer experience
  • Adapt global content to local markets
  • Work with BAT Platforms for Heated Products (HP) / Vapour / Modern Oral
  • Analyze stock levels and supervise product analysis
  • Manage promotions and marketing initiatives
Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office package, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of Magento 2 and Shopify
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Italian
  • Current enrollment or degree in Marketing, Digital, Business Management, or related fields
  • Strong analytical skills and team player attitude
  • Previous working experience in a digital fast-paced environment (a plus)
