Job Title: Beauty Manager

Eva Group Srl, a leading company in the beauty and wellness sector, is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Beauty Manager.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic professional to work at the front desk of our spas located in the Milanese hinterland. As a Beauty Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services, managing customer relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contattare quotidianamente i lead forniti dai sistemi gestionali dell'azienda, per promuovere e vendere i propri prodotti e servizi
  • Gestire la comunicazione in entrata e uscita sui siti istituzionali, pagine social e qualsiasi altro tool presente
  • Gestire i principali canali social aziendali creando engagement
  • Gestire portali di CRM, marketing automation e reportistica da fornire al proprio diretto superiore
  • Raccogliere feedback, lamentele e gestire in maniera tempestiva i reclami secondo le linee guida aziendali
  • Svolgere attività di back-office
  • Tenersi aggiornato sulle novità e le tendenze del settore

  • Abilità a lavorare da sola ed in team
  • Grande motivazione ed ambizione
  • Dedizione al lavoro e disponibilità senza vincoli di orario
  • Entusiasmo, positività, empatia
  • Eccellente capacità di utilizzo di Internet (Google Suite, email, navigazione in internet)
  • Conoscenza dei principali strumenti Microsoft come Word ed Excel
  • Capacità logica e predisposizione all'utilizzo di tools come software gestionali per l'organizzazione di agende, amministrazione e altro
