The Proposal Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cost-effective Nutrition & Health systems proposals that meet or exceed customer needs. This role requires a strong understanding of project delivery concepts, including engineering, supply chain, installation, and commissioning processes.

• Collaborate with Commercial function to ensure customer requirements are clearly defined and understood.
• Develop process solutions, including process flow sheets and P&IDs, that align with customer needs and expectations.
• Prepare detailed costing and build relationships with internal subcontractors to obtain necessary sub-quotations or cost estimates.
• Consult external subcontractors and identify potential risks during the proposal process.
• Work with Engineering and Project Management to create detailed project schedules and ensure project risk is identified and mitigated.
• Support completion and review of all documents required for internal stage gate submission.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience with proposals, process engineering, project management, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of project delivery concepts and costing tools like SAP and EXAPTA.
• Good MS Office and AutoCAD skills.
• Fluent in English and Italian, with good communication skills.
