Product Director Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Product Director to oversee the development and launch of our osteoporosis portfolio. This role requires a leader who can manage a comprehensive portfolio and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with global strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic portfolio plans to drive business growth.
  • Create and execute a multichannel communication strategy for the portfolio, including promotional events, congresses, and patient support programs.
  • Develop and manage communication materials in compliance with pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
  • Foster strong partnerships with cross-functional teams and coordinate work groups in a complex matrix environment.
  • Contribute to global workstreams to refine brand positioning, messaging, and tactical plans.
  • Implement local tactical plans and track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and manage commercial capabilities, including targeting and segmentation, customer insights, and bespoke training programs.
  • Understand financials and forecasting to provide timely and valuable inputs to financial processes and business reviews.
  • Manage expense budget planning and tracking.
  • Engage with key opinion leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with field teams to implement local initiatives and respond to changing dynamics and competition.
  • Identify and implement best practices, both internal and external.
  • Uphold Theramex's values and ensure compliance with the highest standards.

Requirements:

Must Have:

  • 5 years of pharmaceutical experience, preferably in osteoporosis.
  • Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, and Technology, Biotechnology, or similar fields.
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical marketing, including e-marketing.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Results-driven, innovative, and a team player.
  • Fluent in English (B2 level).
  • Willingness to relocate to Milan.

Nice to Have:

  • Successful experience in launching specialty brands.
  • MBA or other advanced degree.
