Job Title: Epc Project Scheduler

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Epc Project Scheduler to join our dynamic project management office (PMO) team in Milan or Verona, Italy.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and overseeing project schedules, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and preparing project progress and performance evaluation reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with PD and EPC Project teams to set up assignments, tasks, and subtasks within a schedule.
  • Provide support and inform the Project Development Managers, the Authorization Managers, and the EPC Project Manager regarding progress measurement on the project.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain an effective scheduling management system.
  • Coordinate project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor project timelines and deadlines.
  • Identify potential project schedule delays and facilitate intervention in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate performance and prepare project progress reports.
  • Accommodate updates and changes to project schedules.
  • Recommend actions to keep projects within budget and completed on time.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines.
  • Document project scheduling processes and maintain records.
Requirements:
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Project software.
  • Qualification or Certifications in project management, or in a related field.
  • A minimum of two years' experience as a project scheduler in a related industry (EPC project execution or general construction environment).
  • Experience in schedule planning and management.
  • In-depth knowledge of the scope of projects within the industry.
  • Advanced ability to evaluate project progress and facilitate interventions.
  • Ability to keep stakeholders informed of project timelines and changes.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Italian and English (verbal writing).
