Job Summary

The Construction Junior Engineer will support the Construction Manager in implementing effective construction methodologies, systems, and software to plan, manage, and control construction activities. This role requires ensuring the application of construction procedures and defining construction sequences, constructability studies, logistics, and construction planning activities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement construction procedures for projects.
  • Conduct constructability studies to optimize construction processes.
  • Collaborate with the Construction Manager to define subcontracting plans.
  • Create requisitions for subcontractors' work.
  • Evaluate subcontractors' technical capabilities.
  • Support the implementation of construction methodologies and information technology systems on-site and in the home office.
  • Provide training and support to ensure seamless system adoption across teams.
  • Facilitate the optimal development of the construction path and monitor action items.
  • Analyze and provide feedback on methodology and work instruction effectiveness to enhance departmental efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Ability to relocate abroad for work.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments.
  • Fluency in English language.
