Job Title: Risk Management Specialist

Join the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) as a Risk Management Specialist and contribute to the organization's mission of eradicating rural poverty and hunger.

Job Summary:

The Risk Management Specialist will be responsible for assessing, monitoring, and reporting on IFAD's capital adequacy policy, designing forward-looking simulation and stress testing models, and monitoring and updating the Fund's strategic capital adequacy limit setting and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and monitor IFAD's capital adequacy policy and report on the results
  • Design and implement forward-looking simulation and stress testing models to ensure capital adequacy
  • Monitor and update the Fund's strategic capital adequacy limit setting and monitoring
  • Conduct asset liability management related analysis and make recommendations
  • Coordinate with IFAD's divisions involved in asset and liability management planning

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
