ENVISION YOUR FUTURE ROLE

We are looking for a young, motivated, curious and enterprising talent to join us at our Operations Headquarter in Agordo (BL). As a Production Supervisor Manager, you will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to manage a highly complex Manufacturing Department, assuring excellent quality standards.

Main responsibilities:

  • Management of the efficiency and OEE KPIs
  • Production Programming, detection of deviations and taking management actions in order to guarantee the required levels;
  • Management of quality KPIs
  • Management absenteeism
  • Knowledge and application of delegation mechanism.
  • Responsible of the quality of the parts produced in his Shop.
  • Critical reading of indicators regarding the cost of auxiliary materials (costs of maintenance, costs of indirect materials, costs of scrap,...);
  • Contribution with the engineering team to ensure that an adequate percentage of the department's capacity is dedicated to new product development activities to ensure compliance with delivery plans.
  • Advanced knowledge of work cycles and methods
  • Knowledge of specific procedures, organizational and management references in order to cope with the environmental emergences.
  • Knowledge of the operative modalities for interventions regarding safety at work or with significant potential risk.

  • You have a Master Degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering or Industrial Engineering
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in complex environments as Manufacturing Engineer, Production Manager, Operation Manager, Unit Manager or similar roles
  • Knowledge of the main mechanical and chemical processes
  • Project Management and Lean Production
  • Knowledge of the productive and non-productive KPIs of a business unit
  • IT & numerical Skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Reporting
  • You are capable to work on several tasks simultaneously
  • You have strong People Management skills
  • You are a flexible person, able to adapt in a contest of constant change
  • You love challenges and you take your responsibility seriously
