As a Department Manager, you will be part of this ambitious project and have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of at least 10 people and be the point of reference for other managers.
• Manage the commercial activities of your department, analyzing key performance indicators and implementing strategies to optimize sales and customer experience.
• Ensure excellent sales standards and customer satisfaction.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Determined to grow and become our future Store Manager.
• At least 2 years of experience in the Retail/GDO sector.
• Experience in team management, development, and training.
• Dynamic and proactive.
• Available for relocation within the national territory, with the possibility of expressing a preference for at least 3 regions where we are present.
