Business Development Representative

CPL TAYLOR by Synergos srl is seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join their Sales department. This dynamic position involves lead generation and qualification, focusing on outbound activities and utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator for research and scouting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct 100% outbound activities to generate new business leads
* Qualify leads through active research and scouting using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
* Collaborate closely with Sales Executives to hand over qualified leads
* Participate in meetings with sales teams and prospective clients as experience develops
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience in Sales and/or customer-facing roles
* Proven hunter mindset with experience building relationships with customers
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with active listening skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of an international team
* Solution-oriented attitude with high self-motivation and dedication
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
* Fluency in Italian and English language skills, with proficiency in other European languages a strong plus
