**Industrialization Process Engineer**

At Https:/Www.Energyjobline.Com/Sitemap, we are seeking a highly skilled Industrialization Process Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth industrialization of new products, while maintaining high quality standards and adhering to agreed-upon times and costs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support the definition of Industrialization Plans for new programs and major variants, including feasibility analysis and operational estimates.
  • Collaborate with Production Engineering to define Manufacturing, Transportation, and Tooling Plans.
  • Participate in Concurrence Engineering activities to ensure alignment with Product Engineering.
  • Assist in identifying technical criteria for defining recurring and non-recurring activity packages.
  • Support the allocation of Part Numbers to plants and suppliers, pursuing rationalization of sources and technological excellence.
  • Develop and update assembly and/or manufacturing methods, overseeing their correct implementation within Production Plants.
  • Support the definition of technology development plans for new industrial initiatives.
  • Assist in reorganizing assembly and/or industrialization lines according to Lean Manufacturing guidelines.


**Requirements:**
  • Education: Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related field.
  • Technical Skills: Reading technical drawings with CATIA.
  • Experience in Concurrence Engineering for modifications, reindustrialization, and/or industrialization of new products.
  • Knowledge of production processes (Assemblies) and manufacturing processes (sheet metal, machining, composites).
  • Understanding of manufacturing bill structuring and configuration management principles.
  • Knowledge of change management systems and their planning.
  • Experience in participating in cross-functional improvement projects.


**Language Skills:**
  • English (intermediate level).


**Availability:**
Availability for scheduled medium/long-term transfers.
