**Join Our Team as an HR Specialist**

Are you passionate about creating a positive work environment and delivering exceptional guest experiences? Do you have a knack for building strong relationships and a talent for problem-solving? We're looking for an HR Specialist to join our team at Starhotels in Florence.

**Your Key Responsibilities:**

* Support our properties in the recruitment process by providing regular updates and guidance.
* Assist the team with CV pre-screening, telephone screening, and providing feedback to candidates.
* Coordinate candidate interviews with Managers and ensure a smooth hiring process.
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
* Manage the company's employee database and prepare reports to inform business decisions.
* Collaborate with the team to develop organizational guidelines and procedures.
* Support employee development plans and performance management.

**What We're Looking For:**

* A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
* A positive mindset, self-drive, and initiative.
* Enthusiasm for travelling abroad and experiencing different cultures.
* High performance when using the PC and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Versatility in handling various work scenarios and adapting to change.

**Language Skills:**

* Italian - fluently
* English - fluently
* Additional languages are a plus.
