As a Molecular Research Scientist at DiaSorin, you will be part of a dynamic team that drives innovation in diagnostic solutions. Your expertise in molecular research and development will help shape the future of healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate the feasibility of applying scientific principles and concepts to potential inventions, products, and problems.
  • Execute and plan laboratory research for projects, maintaining a broad knowledge of state-of-the-art principles and theories.
  • Produce and analyze data for publication and presentation at scientific meetings.
  • Interface with internal and external scientists and other departments, serving as a technical representative or team member during the product development process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in a scientific discipline or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a research and development environment.
  • Specialization in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Molecular experience is a must, with experience designing primers and probes for molecular assays.
  • Ability to work with statistical concepts, DNA/RNA extraction, and demonstrate potential for technical proficiency and scientific creativity.
