We are in search of a skilled Hydraulics Mechanic to oversee the preparation, testing support, and servicing of hydraulic assemblies for our racing vehicles.

Role Responsibilities

Hydraulics Mechanic Duties

  • Manage assemblies returned from the track in accordance with the service schedule, including unboxing, cleaning, servicing, and preparing for subsequent shipments.
  • Adhere strictly to factory protocols regarding assembly, disassembly, servicing, packaging, and handling.
  • Engage in all phases of Test Team projects, from parts collection (in collaboration with Procurement and Quality Departments) to assembly and sensor integration (with the Electronics Department).
  • Maintain effective communication with external partners.

Professional Conduct

  • Carry out daily tasks while providing constructive feedback to your direct manager.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and other departments.
  • Exhibit flexibility in attendance and work attitude, aligning with the role's requirements and specific project needs.
  • Uphold a professional demeanor in all tasks and proactively promote a positive image for the department, team, and sponsors.

  • Experience in automotive mechanics, preferably within motorsport.
