Production Supervisor

The Sofidel Group is a leading manufacturer of paper for hygienic and domestic use worldwide. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the achievement of aims related to the productive activity in accordance with the Group's policies.

Main Responsibilities:

• Guarantee safety, product quality, and productive efficiency through efficient guidance of personnel on duty and coordination with other departments.
• Supervise the coherent compliance with internal safety provisions and procedures.
• Ensure a prompt reaction to productive problems that may arise during the working shift, coordinating available resources with efficacy.
• Guarantee permanent and effective technical support to the team on duty.
• Support the Production Manager in operators' training activities.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance area to ensure best productive efficiency.
• Promote team culture and a safety-bound corporate culture.
• Promote the Corporate Principles and Values.

Requirements:

• Technical High School Diploma or Engineering Bachelor.
• Availability to work on shifts.
• People and Projects Management skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Good English knowledge.
