Diagnostic Imaging Equipment Specialist

We offer a competitive salary of $71,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and calibrating basic diagnostic imaging equipment, devices, systems, and instruments;
• Providing advanced support of equipment for direct patient care;
• Interacting with clinical health providers in the identification of technology-based problems and solutions;
• Resolving organization-level customer service issues and complaints;
• Maintaining accurate records of repairs, calibration, and tests;
• Running diagnostic programs;

To excel in this role, you will require:

• A minimum of 2+ years of imaging experience (preferably in radio frequency, X-ray portables, ultrasound, etc.);
• Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred;
• Ability to make decisions regarding troubleshooting and repairing medical imaging devices;
• Ability to complete preventative & corrective maintenance on medical devices with limited supervision;
• Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills;
• Schedule availability to participate in on-call rotation schedule as required;
