We are looking for an experienced Retail Excellence Manager to join our team at Ronin Talent Jobs in Rome. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional retail excellence across local businesses.

1. Deliver Commercial Results:

• Translate business priorities into effective executional plans, driving commercial success.
• Manage and deliver budget targets, ensuring alignment with company goals.

• In partnership with Country and Category Managers, develop essential tools for market-winning execution.
• Partner with Local Trade/Sales teams to build and execute winning executional plans, driving consistency in selling tools across categories.
• Own and drive consistency in selling tools delivery in time for key selling cycles.

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to deliver winning execution of annual plans in market, focusing on all category priorities.
• Lead POS requirements and delivery for priority categories in the local market.
• Execute Perfect Store strategy across channels and key customers for priority categories (distribution targets, price and promotional guidance, visibility targets).
• Own Perfect Store and DVRP measurement for the local, cross-category portfolio, leading action plans to drive continuous year-on-year improvements.

• Contribute proactively to share and reapply sessions, elevating customer development excellence.
• Partner with the community to build capability, helping to drive winning executions tailored for channels and customers.
