Job Description:

The HR Partner - Talent Development Expert will provide strategic HR support to client group leaders, managers, and employees on organizational and employee matters. This role will act as the HR Manager of record for a client group, ensuring operational success and driving alignment and initiatives to meet business objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Take responsibility for day-to-day HR activities, ensuring operational success, follow-up on annual HR priorities, and driving alignment and initiatives to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with global and country/local HR processes by working closely together with the HR Plant leader, global HRBPs, and the Centers of Excellence (CoEs).
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and management on all HR-related topics.
  • Support cross-company culture initiatives by shaping and driving the people agenda and creating a positive employee experience through embedded HR initiatives, change management, and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree preferably in Law, Economics, Psychology, or Political Science.
  • Proven experience in Employee Human Resource Management and experience in Unions relationship in a similar role in the industrial sector in Italy.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • In-depth knowledge of Italian Labor law, contract arrangements, and HR best practices.
