About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Consolidation Controller to join our team at Bottega Veneta S.R.L. in Milan. As a key member of our Controlling department, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and planning of our consolidated financial reporting, inventory, and margin analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collection and consolidation of reporting packages on a monthly basis, including top management reporting and additional disclosures to Kering teams;
  • Collection and analysis of data related to product margin (i.e. across channels, product, regions) and cooperation with Industrial teams;
  • Cooperation and support to Regional and HQ teams on Inventory management and KPIs;
  • Cooperation and support to Accounting for reporting requirements;
  • Cooperation and support to planning activities for Budget and Forecast exercises;
  • Cooperation and support to all relevant departments in HQ and Regional finance community;
  • Cooperation and support to Kering teams in Paris.
Requirements
  • Graduated in Business Administration, Management, or similar;
  • 4/5 years of experience in audit firms and/or controlling/reporting departments of retail/manufacturing companies, fashion industry a plus;
  • Optimal knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (Italian GAAP a plus);
  • Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, PowerBI (or similar BI tools), and SAP FMS. Hyperion and JDA knowledge a plus;
  • Optimal communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Agile methodology experience;
  • Reliable, resilient, able to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines;
  • Proactive, problem-solver, with analytical mindset;
  • Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken), French a plus.
