Elevator Technician

We are seeking a skilled Elevator Technician to join our team in Cremona province.

The Elevator Technician will provide on-site assistance to clients and ensure a maintenance service for elevators and escalators that meets the needs of our customers. The successful candidate will guarantee the reliable and safe operation of the equipment in accordance with the contract requirements, company guidelines, and KONE processes.

• Perform maintenance on elevator and escalator systems;
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, contact persons, and end-users, providing high-quality services and regular, proactive, and precise communications (call for intervention, work performed, etc.);
• Perform interventions on call for malfunctioning or stopped elevators;
• Conduct regular, semi-annual, and extraordinary visits;
• Be responsible for the performance and safety of the equipment.

• Absolutely necessary: authorization for elevator maintenance;
• Problem-solving attitude and good communication skills with clients and users;
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work as part of a team;
• Substantial experience in repair, maintenance, and/or installation;
• Good knowledge of the main types of elevator systems;
• Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to using safety devices;
• Reliability.
