Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production Engineer to join our team as a Performance Improvement Specialist in our Pre-press and Printing Process Cell in Rubiera Converting Factory. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team, driving process improvements, and achieving excellence in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of specific KPIs such as Machine Efficiency (EE), Mean Time Between intervention (MTBI), Process Waste; Pre-press Ratio, Plate Waste, Plate Reusage• Actively contribute to Safety and Quality aspects of the process• Identify and implement countermeasures to eradicate losses• Collaborate with other processes and functions to achieve common goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field• Basic knowledge of lean principles and experience with data modeling, analysis, and visualization• Advanced MS Office skills and basic competence in Project Management• Excellent spoken and written English language proficiency• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

About the Role

This role will be part of the Focused Improvement and Autonomous Maintenance Pillars, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. As a Performance Improvement Specialist, you will have the opportunity to drive meaningful changes, enhance productivity, and contribute to the success of our Pre-press and Printing Process Cell.
