Job Summary

The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating the entire proposal development process, from understanding customer needs to the final presentation of the proposal. This involves managing client relationships, collaborating with the technical team to ensure consistency between the technical and commercial proposals, and closely collaborating with our internal tender office to jointly manage the administrative aspects of public and private tenders.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in proposal specialist or junior proposal manager or junior project engineer role in large scale infrastructural and building projects
  • Management skills in managing proposals and bids, including collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian, English, and preferably French
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with various company functions
  • Willingness to undertake a growth path in the development of public and private commercial proposals

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
