Job Purpose

As a key member of the DFL team, the Treasury Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the treasury function, ensuring seamless bank reconciliation and efficient inflow and payment processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the flow of payments from authorization to bank transfer, ensuring accuracy and timeliness;
  • Monitor and maintain bank accounts, tracking movements and identifying areas for improvement;
  • Develop and implement effective financial procedures and controls to mitigate risk;
  • Collaborate with the Accounting and Treasury Manager to identify opportunities for process automation and improvement;
  • Support the development and implementation of a new ERP system for treasury operations, including supplier payments, daily cash management, and bank reconciliation.
Performance Metrics

The Treasury Specialist will be evaluated based on the following key performance indicators:

  • Accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Effective time management and meeting deadlines;
  • Collaboration and communication with internal stakeholders;
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Knowledge of financial software and systems.
Requirements
  • Proactive and organized individual with excellent communication skills;

  • Knowledge of financial software and systems, including Microsoft Office tools;
  • Previous experience in accounting or treasury operations.
