We are seeking a highly skilled Media Buying, Trading & Accountability Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring buying and trading performance and dynamics, focusing on benchmarking and auditing costs.
Main Duties- Monitoring of clients' buying performance, according to cost commitments
- Analysis of KPIs and added value
- Development of accountability strategy
- Management of auditing and benchmarking
- Media buying pitch management
- Contribution to data gathering and data automation development
- Development of reporting system and monitoring performance tools
- Buying strategies management and involvement in complex negotiations
- Management of advertising sales companies' relationships
- Management of trading activities and GroupM proprietary media
The Media Buying, Trading & Accountability Manager will interface with all internal and external stakeholders, including client leads of any GroupM agencies, as well as main players in the market (advertising dealers and associations).
Qualifications- Consolidated and in-depth knowledge of the advertising market dynamics
- Knowledge of all media and new digital trends
- Strong analytical skills helpful to building insights
- Precision and eye to details
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Good abilities in communication and relationships
- Strong team worker
Languages & Technical Skills:
- Fluent in English is a must (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of market softwares (Nielsen Aqx, Arianna, Mcs, Msoft)
- Good knowledge of Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
