Responsibilities
We are excited to announce a new hybrid opportunity for a motivated professional to join our Global Internal Audit team as a Lead Internal Audit Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and collaborative skills, enabling them to conduct internal audit activities that encompass essential finance processes, support compliance initiatives, and engage in special projects, along with other responsibilities as needed. The Lead Internal Audit Specialist will participate in audit projects across Europe, the Middle East/Africa, the Americas, and the Asia-Pacific region. This role offers significant visibility and provides a global perspective on company operations, presenting excellent opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is required; CPA or CIA certification is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or operations within an international business entity with a manufacturing and technology focus.
- Proficiency in English is required, with additional fluency in German, Mandarin, or other languages being advantageous.
- Strong analytical capabilities with advanced data analysis experience, particularly using MS Excel and other analytical tools.
- Practical experience in auditing core finance processes and controls (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, General Ledger).
- Solid understanding of enterprise ERP (preferably SAP) modules, including reporting, data analysis, and transactional analysis.
- Ability to adapt and prioritize tasks with a focus on team and organizational success.
- A growth-oriented mindset, eager to embrace challenges and acquire new skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to network effectively.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally 4-6 times a year, typically for one week per trip, or two weeks in exceptional cases.
- Must maintain a valid passport and have flexibility for travel.
