About the Role
The forteq Group is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our European sales team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for portfolio development of existing customers, business development to identifying and securing new clients, and scoring new business.

In addition to this role, you will also act as a Sales Manager Europe, reporting directly to the Group CEO and managing the European sales team to meet business targets. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, monitoring KPI's, and ensuring alignment with client goals. Additionally, you will establish and maintain strategic alliances, build customer intimacy, and identify and secure new business opportunities.

Your technical background and engineering degree will enable you to understand the Tier 2 process, and your international business experience will be invaluable in navigating the automotive supply chain. You will have several years of management experience at a management level, ideally in a matrix organization, and be fluent in English (spoken and written), with Italian and German being helpful.
