The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Solution Account Manager to join our Digital Experience business in Milan. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue for our existing customer base. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop compelling business cases to address customer needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Secure contract renewals and expansions with our Digital Experience customers, working closely with the Adobe Sales Team.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive additional revenue growth.
  • Lead the sales cycle for renewals and new business opportunities, delivering presentations and demonstrations as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Digital Experience solutions and become a trusted advisor to our customers.
  • Share customer insights and best practices with the wider Sales organization to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of the competition and identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Confirmed experience in field sales, with a proven track record of success in business-to-business sales.
  • Master's degree in Sales, Business, or a related field, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
