About the Opportunity

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement a comprehensive resource allocation framework to support project delivery across multiple practices. You will also work closely with Practice Leads, Project Managers and Talent Acquisition to ensure the right resources are assigned to the right projects at the right time.

Main Tasks:
  • Create a global, standardised framework to report on utilization and billability of K2's bench using Certinia.
  • Design and implement standardized processes and tools for resource planning and tracking.
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc reports on resource allocation, utilization, and availability.
