We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media and Content Specialist to join our Communication and Marketing Team in Milan.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our global social platforms, developing and implementing social media strategies, and creating engaging content to support our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the communication team to develop and implement social media strategies
  • Manage creative agencies and support internal content coordination
  • Lead the development and implementation of social media accounts for multiple western channels, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
  • Plan and execute a social calendar for product launches, key cultural moments, and events
  • Be responsible for social media publications and execution, including market research, planning, copywriting, posting, reporting, and monitoring
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in social media and content creation
  • Manage content creation from conception to agency management, production, and delivery
  • Critical thinker and problem solver with excellent content creation and copywriting skills
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in marketing or similar
  • At least 3 years of experience in the luxury or fashion industry
  • Previous experience managing social media platforms
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and Facebook Business Manager
  • Experience in setting a social calendar, community management, and reporting
