About You

We are looking for an experienced Release Train Engineer / Agile Transformation Expert who can guide and support the achievement of strategic agility. You will play a key role in driving the adoption of scalable agile methodologies and fostering effective organizational structures.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead global teams in adopting mature agile methodologies, focusing on optimizing leadership dynamics and fostering effective organizational structures.
  2. Act as a strategic change agent for Agile teams and leaders, emphasizing strategic goals and portfolio implementation that influence team prioritization.
  3. Organize and facilitate leadership team workshops to align organizational structures with strategic business objectives.
  4. Perform the role of SAFe Release Train Engineer, focusing on Portfolio coordination, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with business owners.
  5. Foster collaboration across multiple teams, ensuring alignment of goals and operational efficiency.
  6. Ensure the proper execution of agile methodologies and continuous improvement of governance processes, working closely with peer Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers.
  7. Develop metrics and evaluation methods to assess transformation impacts, refining strategies periodically.
  8. Participate in Communities of Practice (CoP) to share experience and foster knowledge exchange across the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or business information technology.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, Agile Coach, or similar strategic roles.
  • 3+ years of experience in a scaled agile environment, leading multiple teams with a strong focus on leadership coaching.
  • Strong grasp of Agile principles and methodologies, with SAFe experience being an asset.
  • Ability to work effectively with globally distributed, cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in Agile Product Management tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
  • Eligibility to work in Italy.
